About the Role
Join our Leadership Team as the Head of Human Resources, where you will steer and implement the company's people strategy to ensure our talent, culture, and organizational capabilities meet ambitious growth targets. You will lead the comprehensive People function for our Singapore operations—including manufacturing and distribution centers—and extend your leadership to our offices across the USA, China, and additional global markets. This pivotal role demands a hands-on, people-centered leader who excels at balancing business priorities with an outstanding employee experience and who will build scalable HR systems across a growing international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate intimately with the Leadership Team to develop organizational design, workforce and succession planning, along with culture initiatives aligned with business expansion goals.
- Oversee the design and deployment of the performance management framework, coaching leaders to nurture continuous feedback, accountability, and a high-performance environment.
- Drive talent acquisition, employer branding, and retention tactics that position the company as a preferred employer across corporate, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and supply chain areas.
- Enhance HR capabilities and operating models to support the scaling of global offices, focusing immediately on the USA and China.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, safety, wellbeing, and operational standards within manufacturing and retail workforces.
- Advance HR transformation through adoption of technology, analytics, and process automation to maximize strategic impact and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and deploy learning and development programs that foster leadership skills, functional expertise, and career advancement across diverse teams including office, manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
- Promote an inclusive, values-based culture where employees feel empowered, supported, and connected to the corporate mission.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and staff, cultivating robust relationships throughout the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of ten years in HR leadership, with a proven track record collaborating with senior management to enhance organizational growth and performance.
- Experience in supporting fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and manufacturing operations in dynamic environments is highly desirable.
- Strong business insight paired with expertise in organizational development, talent and performance management, and employee engagement.
- Successful history of establishing HR functions in rapidly growing, multinational companies.
- Proficient in implementing HR technologies and utilizing people analytics for organizational improvement.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, coaching, and influence, with the ability to earn trust across all company levels.
- A deep passion for delivering a superior employee experience while achieving significant business outcomes.
