Role Overview
As the Head of HR for Europe, you will act as a strategic partner to regional business leaders, guiding talent management strategies that align with business goals. Your leadership will encompass the full spectrum of HR functions across various European countries, ensuring adherence to EU and local labor regulations and fostering a dynamic, high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and address organizational needs by delivering effective talent management solutions.
- Coordinate and implement recruitment, performance, learning and development, compensation, corporate culture, and additional HR operations within regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee labor relations, talent deployment, visa processes, and administrative tasks in line with local regulations, reducing employment-related risks.
- Drive HR initiatives and manage administrative functions at both regional and country levels.
- Advance localization efforts and continuous enhancement of HR systems across all modules.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a generalist or HR business partner role.
- Comprehensive experience in various HR areas, with a preference for skills in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
- Demonstrated resilience, collaborative spirit, growth-oriented mindset, adaptability to new settings, eagerness for continuous learning, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with robust work ethic, especially during phases of organizational startup.
- Openness to long-term international assignments and frequent travel; fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
Travel Requirements
Frequent traveling within the European region to support expansion and talent initiatives across multiple countries is essential. Occasional visits to global headquarters may also be required.
Compensation
In compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive effective June 2026, the annual salary will range between €80,000 and €100,000, finalized through objective and gender-neutral evaluation of qualifications, experience, and competencies. Salary history will not be solicited at any recruitment stage.
