Qorelo is building AI-powered automation for some of the most business-critical work in enterprise IT: SAP system management. SAP underpins the finance, supply chain, and operations of many of the world’s largest organizations, but modernizing it is often slow, manual, and heavily dependent on consultants. Qorelo is working to change that.
The company is moving quickly to reshape how enterprises manage their IT stack, beginning with SAP, which sits at the center of many large organizations. Qorelo’s AI agents help teams integrate, migrate, and modernize SAP systems faster and with fewer mistakes, reducing work that previously took months. The company has raised $3.5M from HPI Ventures, the fund associated with SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner’s institute, along with other notable investors. Its customers already include Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies such as Mercedes-Benz.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market motion end to end, from creating pipeline through closing deals.
- Craft messaging and positioning that resonates with CIOs, transformation leaders, and SAP teams.
- Drive demand generation through content, events, partnerships, and outbound outreach.
- Work with the founders to define pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy.
- Recruit and develop the growth function as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS or consulting.
- Background in selling to or marketing to large enterprise customers.
- A proven record of building pipeline that turns into revenue.
- Comfort working hands-on today while also helping shape and lead a future team.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise software.
- Connections within the SAP or consulting ecosystem.
- Experience being an early-stage growth hire.
Additional Information
This role is based in Berlin, Germany and is a full-time, onsite position.
