Role Overview

An ambitious Head of Growth is needed to help turn an already proven product into a powerful revenue machine. The business already serves respected organizations including DAX 40 and Fortune 500 companies, so the base is in place. The role will take ownership of the entire go-to-market motion, from generating pipeline through to closing enterprise deals and eventually building out the commercial team. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys building from the ground up, working in a fast-moving environment, and having the freedom to shape the direction of a high-growth enterprise technology company.

By combining advanced AI with complex enterprise processes, the team helps organizations speed up digital transformation, improve system rollouts, and increase operational efficiency. Its goal is to connect legacy enterprise software with modern automation, delivering scalable solutions for global companies that depend on strong data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy, covering demand creation, market positioning, and enterprise sales execution.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline that can convert major enterprise interest into durable revenue.
  • Work through long and complex sales processes to win strategic partnerships with global organizations and market leaders.
  • Stay deeply hands-on initially to design the sales playbook, then help recruit and lead a high-performing growth team.
  • Partner closely with the founders to ensure product direction reflects feedback from the market.
  • Act quickly and decisively, making practical choices that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or go-to-market roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or premium consulting.
  • Strong history of selling to, or marketing for, large and complex enterprise customers.
  • Clear evidence of building and scaling a pipeline that translates into real revenue growth.
  • Ability and willingness to work from Berlin onsite 6 days a week; this is a firm requirement tied to the company culture.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiatives from start to finish without needing close project management.
  • Excellent communication abilities and comfort with direct, candid feedback.
  • Capacity to perform well in uncertain, fast-changing environments where product and market conditions evolve quickly.
  • Background in AI, automation, or advanced enterprise software is preferred.
  • A relevant network within the SAP ecosystem or among major global consulting firms.
  • Experience as one of the early growth hires in a scaling startup.
  • Knowledge of integration-led enterprise sales or systems such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Signavio.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Berlin, Germany. Onsite attendance in Berlin 6 days per week is mandatory.
