Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and insightful Financial Analyst to drive business expansion through data-backed financial intelligence. This position is perfect for individuals with robust skills in financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, who excel in a fast-paced, remote setting. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor company performance by tracking key performance indicators, revenue trends, and operational metrics.
• Perform variance analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic planning, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support cash flow projections and expense management initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and executive leadership.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across all systems and reports.
• Propose improvements to financial processes to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to articulate financial insights clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote work environment.
• Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, or startup environments is a plus.
