Its model brings together a studio, a talent marketplace, and a worldwide network of creative and AI-focused filmmakers. By pairing creatives and engineers from the start of each project, Wonder supports ambitious storytelling and new production approaches.

The company has secured over $15 million in funding from investors such as LocalGlobe, Atomico, and Adobe, along with angels from leading AI organizations including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Google DeepMind. The team is now 35+ people strong and distributed across London, Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco.

The Role

Wonder is building a global entertainment brand for the AI era, and this position exists to help that story reach the widest possible audience. The Head of Growth will lead the company’s growth agenda from end to end, covering audience expansion, distribution, demand generation, community, content, and marketing.

This is a role for a growth leader who has built meaningful audiences and understands how to combine rigorous analysis with strong creative instincts in a fast-moving startup environment. You will work closely with the founders to shape Wonder’s growth direction, how new audiences find the company, and how it becomes a defining brand in AI-native entertainment.

Key Ownership Areas

  • Set and run growth strategy across Wonder’s channels and platforms, including Wonder TV, the Wonder App, YouTube, social media, newsletters, and future media products.
  • Identify, drive, and close strategic growth opportunities and distribution partnerships.
  • Build and manage the growth team, covering social growth, communications, marketing, and PR.
  • Lead major launches, campaigns, and activations with a strong focus on measurable business impact.

Candidate Profile

The right candidate will likely have scaled audiences, products, channels, or communities from early stages to significant reach at a startup, media company, creator-led business, or technology company. You should know how modern platforms operate, how attention is earned, and how content can be turned into durable growth.

You will bring a mix of analytical thinking and creative judgment, plus the ability to build growth systems, teams, and processes that can scale. The role also calls for comfort working at the intersection of technology, media, and culture, as well as a strong interest in how new ideas spread online.

Fluency with AI tools is expected as a practical advantage in your day-to-day work. A curious, experimental mindset is important, especially for exploring new formats that turn ideas into influence.

Experience Needed

6–8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, audience development, or similar functions within high-growth startups, media businesses, or technology companies.
