Position Overview
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for a Head of Group FP&A and Category Finance on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This leadership role involves directing financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting on a group-wide level, alongside deep financial analysis at the category and product tiers. You will lead both Group FP&A and Category Finance teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and commercially relevant insights to support executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of annual budgets, forecasts, and three-year plans globally, coordinating with multiple regions and functions.
- Oversee consolidation and review of data submissions to ensure robust assumptions and accurate outputs, complying with internal and parent company deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly, monthly, executive, and board financial reports, highlighting performance insights, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with the CFO, Managing Director, and executive leadership to provide forward-looking financial insights focused on revenue, profitability, and business drivers.
- Deliver category, franchise, and product-level financial reporting and analysis to drive understanding of sales performance, profitability, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, NPD, and Regional teams to support category growth plans, investments, and business cases.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, reporting tools (Anaplan, Power BI), and data quality.
- Coach and develop finance teams to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Serve as finance lead for Anaplan developments and broader finance system transformations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Candidate Profile
- ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Extensive leadership experience in FP&A within fast-moving consumer goods, retail, or beauty sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex budgeting, forecasting, and global performance reporting cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with capability to interpret results and recommend strategic actions.
- Confident communicator skilled at engaging executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading finance teams, prioritizing multiple deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and Power BI preferred; experience in finance systems transformation is advantageous.
