Role Overview

The Head of Finance will hold a full-time permanent position charged with managing Nexifi's financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include producing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and ensuring their accuracy, compliance, and timely presentation to executive leadership and stakeholders. The role entails leading budgeting and forecasting activities, overseeing cash flow and overall financial health, and supplying insightful data to aid strategic decision-making.

This position requires partnering with business leaders to assess project profitability, enhance resource allocation, and enforce financial controls and policies. Additionally, the Head of Finance will manage relationships with external accountants, advisors, and regulatory entities to uphold robust financial governance. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, this role forms a vital part of the Nexifi management team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong foundational knowledge in finance with proven leadership experience in managing financial operations and strategy within technology or professional services sectors.
• Expertise in financial statements preparation, analysis, and reporting to senior management.
• Proficient in analyzing complex financial data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aimed at supporting organisational growth and cost management.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or related disciplines; professional credentials such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial systems, ERP applications, and cloud-based reporting tools; strong skills in Excel and data analytics.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote work environment, managing multiple responsibilities while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements, risk management, and financial control procedures in consulting or digital service contexts.
