Role Overview

Morgan McKinley is collaborating with a sales agency to recruit a Head of Field Insights & Performance. This senior position focuses on transforming operational, recruitment, and performance data into strategic insights that enhance productivity, commercial results, decision-making, and workforce effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Create and update business performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Examine operational and workforce data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Develop performance profiles to facilitate improved managerial decisions.
• Enhance recruitment outcomes through data-driven analysis.
• Assist in creating and validating AI-supported decision-making tools.
• Provide succinct, actionable insights tailored for operational leaders.
• Establish and evaluate best practices and performance benchmarks for operations.
• Leverage AI and large language models to expedite data analysis, generate insights, and improve decision accuracy.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance within operational workflows.
• Continuously train and improve AI systems using human supervision and feedback mechanisms.

Initial 90-Day Objectives

• Review existing data integrity and reporting systems.
• Define critical performance metrics and establish operational dashboards.
• Produce initial insight analyses accompanied by improvement suggestions.
• Support the deployment of AI-driven analytics and decision support applications.
• Present evidence-based recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
