Job description
Role overview
This is a senior marketing leadership opportunity for a candidate based in Canada. The hiring process is handled by a partner company, which will review applications and manage the next stages directly.
The role is intended for a strategic operator who can design and scale global field marketing and partner marketing programs within a fast-growing technology business. You will guide initiatives that generate pipeline, build demand across regions, support account-based marketing, and accelerate partner-led growth.
This position blends long-term strategy with hands-on execution. It requires close coordination with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Channel, Business Development, and Marketing teams to influence how enterprise customers discover, adopt, and expand technology solutions.
You will also have responsibility for leading a globally distributed team, improving revenue outcomes, and building repeatable go-to-market systems that can support growth across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Set and own the worldwide field and partner marketing plan, covering pipeline creation, account coverage, demand generation, and partner-led growth efforts.
- Run integrated demand generation initiatives that move prospects through the middle and lower stages of the sales funnel.
- Create and execute account-based marketing plans, including account selection, segmentation, multi-channel outreach, and personalized engagement approaches.
- Develop and expand partner marketing motions with strategic technology ecosystems through joint campaigns, shared value propositions, and co-marketing activity.
- Work closely with Sales, Channel, Product, and Business Development leaders to align territory plans, customer priorities, and revenue targets.
- Own customer marketing and content programs that increase adoption, engagement, advocacy, and long-term customer value.
- Build programs that convert product-led users into larger business opportunities through targeted sales and partner initiatives.
- Lead executive-facing engagement programs such as customer advisory groups, industry events, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Manage, coach, and grow a global marketing organization spanning field marketing, partner marketing, campaigns, and demand generation.
- Define and use performance measurement systems based on pipeline metrics, revenue attribution, campaign results, and ROI to guide investment choices.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of B2B marketing experience with progressive leadership across field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or similar functions.
- At least 5 years of experience leading, scaling, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Proven track record of building and running joint marketing programs with technology platforms, SaaS partners, cloud ecosystems, or AI-oriented organizations.
- Strong command of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, buying committees, pipeline management, and revenue attribution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales executives, channel leaders, and external strategic partners.
- Experience designing scalable marketing operations, including campaign frameworks, segmentation, customer programs, and performance reporting.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights, customer signals, and business metrics to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with modern marketing and sales technology stacks, including CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, partner relationship systems, and ABM solutions.
- Exposure to AI, cloud technologies, productivity platforms, or developer ecosystems is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership ability with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed setup with strong ownership, adaptability, and collaborative habits.
What’s offered
- Competitive annual compensation package.
- Canada-based pay aligned with market rates for senior marketing leadership.
- Equity participation opportunity.
- Eligibility for company bonus programs.
- Fully remote work with flexibility and autonomy.
- Opportunity to lead global marketing programs that materially impact business growth.
- Exposure to innovative technology ecosystems and strategic industry partnerships.
- Professional growth in a collaborative international environment.
- A supportive culture centered on ownership, creativity, continuous learning, and meaningful impact.
- Travel for team gatherings, offsites, and strategic events when required.
