Job description
Role overview
This is a full-time leadership role within the Growth team based in New York City, with a remote-friendly setup. The company is looking for someone who can build and scale its community events engine across families, providers, and referral partners. The work sits at the crossroads of community building, marketing, partnerships, and operations, with the aim of increasing awareness, trust, and referrals in key local markets.
The organization supports clinicians who want to launch and grow their own autism care clinics by combining AI-enabled software, payer contracting support, and back-office infrastructure. It has raised more than $14M from early-stage investors and is growing at around 30% month over month.
This role may involve 25% to 75% travel for community events. Candidates in New York City or those willing to relocate are preferred, and the role expects in-office work five days a week, although remote applicants are also considered.
The compensation range is $120,000 to $170,000 per year, and equity is included.
