Head of Education and Placement - Bhopal

About the Position

This role is ideal for a leader to oversee education quality, communication training, and student placement efforts at an IIT Bombay training centre affiliated with IIT Guwahati's EICT initiative. The focus is on preparing students for industry requirements through mock interviews, soft skill development, and strong corporate connections.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure training sessions meet the academic standards set by IIT.
• Host mock interviews, group discussions, and communication workshops to enhance student readiness.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with corporate entities to facilitate student placements.
• Coordinate placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement activities.
• Monitor and report on student progress, employability metrics, and placement outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in training, education, or placement management, including leadership roles.
• Demonstrable expertise in soft skills development, career coaching, and placement strategy formulation.
• Proven track record in managing education quality and successful student placements.
