Role Overview

We are seeking an Admission Counselor based onsite in Bhopal to guide students and parents through courses, career options, and the admissions process. This role demands excellent communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students and parents on academic courses, career opportunities, and enrollment procedures.
• Manage walk-in visitors, handle inbound and outbound calls, and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Meet monthly admission targets by effectively converting prospective students.
• Keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
• Represent the organization at seminars, education fairs, and marketing events to promote the institute.

Candidate Profile

• Graduated in any discipline.
• Possess 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Focused on achieving targets with proficient computer and CRM skills.
