Role Overview
The Head of Digital Transformation will spearhead the company's efforts to modernize and digitize its business functions to align with overall corporate goals. This involves strategizing and executing an enterprise-wide digital roadmap, incorporating advanced technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and execute a comprehensive digital transformation plan in accordance with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and analytics platforms.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and industry best practices for digital initiatives.
- Lead the rollout of digital platforms and enterprise-wide systems, managing end-to-end integration and automation of manual workflows.
- Apply Lean and digital-first methodologies to redesign and standardize business processes for enhanced operational efficiency across multiple departments including operations, HR, finance, procurement, and customer service.
- Develop enterprise-level dashboards and reporting tools to support data-informed decision making and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage change processes, drive user adoption, and create communication and training programs to support digital projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five engineers covering application development, system integration, automation, infrastructure, and data solutions, as well as manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
- Work closely with senior leadership to prioritize and allocate resources for digital investments.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
- Have over 10 years of professional experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, consulting, or business transformation roles.
- Demonstrate at least five years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
- Solid knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI technologies, automation, ERP and CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Lean methodologies, and project management best practices.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
