Role overview
This opportunity is with a fast-growing, consumer-oriented business seeking a Head of Digital to take charge of the organisation’s complete digital presence. The role is high impact and covers acquisition, CRM, and retention within a subscription-led model. The main expectation is to shape a stronger, customer-first digital operating model and improve performance across all channels.
Contract and compensation
Contract length: 6 months. Salary: €100,000 to €120,000 pro rata.
Location
Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid working setup.
What you will do
- Own the full digital journey, spanning acquisition, CRM, and retention.
- Set and lead lifecycle marketing activity such as reminders, renewals, and re-engagement.
- Take ownership of SEO and PPC performance and transition these activities in-house.
- Use insight and performance data to drive ongoing improvements.
- Plan and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior digital marketing position, such as Senior Manager, Director, or Head of.
- A proven background managing all digital channels at senior level.
- Deep experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, especially across acquisition and retention.
- Experience in the consumer services sector is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and PPC.
