Role overview
Insignia Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead its digital strategy and delivery. Based in London, this position plays a central role in shaping how the brand shows up across online channels, creating engaging digital experiences, and connecting digital activity with in-person customer touchpoints. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, a commercial mindset, and a solid grasp of financial services, luxury-sector behavior, consumer trends, and modern marketing technology.
What you will do
- Design and roll out an end-to-end digital marketing strategy that fits the business goals and target audience.
- Create growth-led plans to improve brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Run A/B tests on campaigns, ads, and landing pages to improve performance and identify the most effective approaches.
- Lead the planning and publishing of compelling digital content across websites, social media, email, and other online channels to attract and retain luxury consumers.
- Oversee and improve the marketing CRM platform, including HubSpot.
- Use CRM tools to segment audiences and tailor messaging more effectively.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns spanning SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Use analytics and customer data to guide decisions, measure KPIs, and assess ROI across digital efforts.
- Manage the digital marketing budget carefully to maximize results while controlling costs.
- Collaborate with sales, the lifestyle boutique, and customer service teams so marketing initiatives stay aligned with broader business objectives.
- Partner with PR teams and external collaborators to execute campaigns and support sales-driven ROI.
What we are looking for
- Prior experience in financial services and the luxury sector is preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- A history of building and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on knowledge of CMS tools, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media management.
- Strong creative thinking combined with strategic judgement.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical actions, with a strong growth mindset.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Advanced capability in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- SME consumer marketing experience, along with a commercially driven and entrepreneurial outlook.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
