Job description

Overview

Insignia is seeking a proactive Social Media Executive to join its London team. The position focuses on producing polished, luxury-level graphic and video content that strengthens the company’s presence across social channels. You will oversee the full social media function and work closely with teams across the business to deliver a premium experience that reflects the brand’s values.

What you will do

  • Help shape and deliver a social media plan suited to a luxury and financial payments brand, supporting both paid and organic activity for brand-building, product awareness, and acquisition across Insignia and its Financial Services business.
  • Run day-to-day social operations, including posting, scheduling, optimisation, and governance across all platforms while staying aligned with brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and videos, including reels, motion graphics, and other visual assets with a refined financial-services look and feel.
  • Work with the digital marketing manager to set up and launch paid campaigns across META social advertising platforms.
  • Partner with Design, CRM, Content, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth customer journeys.
  • Increase follower base and engagement through trend-aware content, strategic hashtag use, community interaction, and platform-specific optimisation.
  • Improve discoverability of social content and coordinate with PR to extend premium brand visibility.
  • Develop fresh content ideas that fit the brand identity, audience expectations, and commercial goals.
  • Test copy, creative, and formats to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, review insights, and turn findings into practical recommendations for stronger channel results.
  • Maintain exceptional creative and editorial standards across all content and campaigns.

Professional background and skills

The ideal candidate will bring experience from luxury, finance, fintech, or lifestyle service environments, along with a strong record of growing social channels and producing high-performing content. You should be confident in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content creation. Familiarity with social scheduling, advertising, analytics, and reporting tools is important, as is the ability to work within regulated or compliance-heavy environments. Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to premium digital storytelling are essential.

Application note

Candidates closest to the requirements are expected to be contacted within ten days for an initial interview. If you do not hear back within that timeframe, the application should be considered unsuccessful on this occasion.
