Role Overview
We seek an experienced and results-driven leader to head Customer Success across the EMEA region at Notion. Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Success, you will guide skilled teams to maximize customer value through efficient adoption and expansion of Notion’s solutions, while embodying our vision of a connected workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies that align EMEA Customer Success efforts with company-wide objectives focused on adoption, retention, and growth.
- Lead and mentor Customer Success Managers operating in both Scaled and Dedicated customer engagement models across EMEA.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services teams to ensure customers onboard smoothly and derive high value, enhancing the overall customer journey for sustainability.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with primary clients, collecting feedback to drive product improvement and representing EMEA customer interests internally.
- Establish consistent KPIs and OKRs to enable informed, data-driven decision-making; monitor health metrics to preemptively address risks and seize opportunities.
- Drive superior customer retention and expansion across a multi-million dollar portfolio.
- Optimize processes through the use of customer success platforms and tools to boost team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years leading Customer Success or go-to-market teams in fast-paced SaaS companies, focusing on post-sales functions.
- Proven experience managing a diverse range of customers from Commercial to Enterprise segments, adept at cross-department collaboration.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by attracting, inspiring, and retaining high-performing teams.
- A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of client organizations, priorities, and value drivers.
- Data-driven with the ability to define and apply effective performance metrics.
- Operationally focused, applying systems thinking throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Embraces a growth mindset and learns from challenges.
- Flexibility and success in dynamic, evolving business environments.
- Dedicated to fostering adoption and utilization to optimize net dollar retention within EMEA.
- While not required to be an AI expert, curiosity about AI technologies and willingness to incorporate them into workflows is important.
Compensation & Commitment
We offer highly competitive base salary, incentives, equity, and benefits, varying based on location, role complexity, and experience. Estimated total target earnings range between €187,000 and €209,000 yearly.
