Job description
Role overview
Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Customer & Loyalty to help define the next phase of growth for a much-loved brand. This position goes beyond a traditional CRM or loyalty remit: it is centred on leading the customer growth agenda, shaping commercial strategy, and ensuring the customer voice strongly informs business decisions.
The role will focus on converting customer insight into practical actions, using data to guide choices, and building long-term loyalty that drives repeat visits and sustained growth. You will have influence across retail, e-commerce, delivery, and partnerships, helping shape how customers discover, engage with, and return to the brand.
If you are energised by customer behaviour, commercial performance, and creating memorable experiences, this opportunity is likely to be a strong fit.
What success looks like
- Leading customer growth initiatives that support repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Translating insight and analytics into commercial decisions and clear action plans.
- Influencing how customers experience the brand across multiple channels.
- Working across teams to challenge assumptions and push for better outcomes.
- Developing experiences that encourage customers to return again and again.
Culture
The business describes itself as ambitious, collaborative, fast-moving, and light-hearted. It values fresh thinking, curiosity, and the freedom to make a meaningful impact.
Benefits and rewards
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
- Pension contribution structure of 5% from the employee and 3% from the employer, along with life assurance at 1 times salary.
- Bupa healthcare, wellbeing support via WeCare and Grocery Aid, and enhanced sick pay.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with three days each week in the London office.
- Access to employee rewards through the Treat Box platform.
- Weekly free doughnuts, plus 50% off doughnuts, 30% off drinks, and 25% off merchandise across UK & Ireland stores.
Who the role suits
This role is aimed at someone who enjoys understanding customer motivations, turning insight into commercial action, and building sustainable growth through customer experience rather than short-term campaigns.
Call to action
The company invites interested candidates to apply and help create more moments of joy for customers.
