About the Role

The marketing function at Revolut focuses on clarity, creativity, and measurable business value. The Growth team develops campaigns that reach millions of customers across multiple channels and teams, helping shape brand perception and product engagement.

This role is for a Head of CRM to lead owned marketing channels such as in-app, email, and website. The position owns the customer communications platform layer end to end, including architecture and routing logic, so each customer receives the right message about the right product at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the customer communications platform and ensure it remains fast, dependable, and able to scale with growth.
  • Manage the routing system that decides which message goes to which customer, applies messaging limits to avoid oversending, and approves ad hoc sends.
  • Set up strong controls such as templates, rules, and quality checks so that as more people publish content, standards remain high and failures are prevented.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate business requirements into platform features that can be delivered.
  • Track and report on revenue impact generated through in-app marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Background in product marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations within a fast-scaling global tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and communication mechanics, including segmentation, orchestration, channel management, cooldowns, and governance.
  • Comfort owning the technical structure of marketing channels while working closely with engineers.
  • Experience with CMS tools, templating, and self-service publishing processes.
  • Working knowledge of LLM-based routing or decisioning systems, including how to manage volume limits, safeguards, and quality control.
  • Commercial orientation with demonstrated influence on P&L or gross profit through marketing channels.
  • Ability to convert complex operational challenges into clear rules and scalable systems.
  • Proven record of balancing commercial, technical, and operational priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability.
