Role overview
This opening is shared on behalf of a partner employer that will handle all applications and the rest of the hiring process. The company is seeking a Head of Creative Marketing in France to lead the creative direction for paid acquisition efforts across global digital products.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys blending creative thinking, performance analysis, and team leadership. You will own the advertising creative strategy, guide concepts from early idea to final delivery, and work closely with user acquisition specialists to improve campaign results through ongoing experimentation and optimization. The position gives you strong ownership, room to influence business performance, and the chance to build a high-performing creative function in a fast-moving environment.
Key accountabilities
- Shape and implement the overall creative marketing approach to improve paid traffic results across several digital products.
- Lead the development of strong ad concepts and supervise the complete production flow from idea generation to final creative output.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop the Creative Marketing team while encouraging collaboration and growth.
- Organize production timelines and day-to-day workflows so creative assets are delivered on schedule and at a high standard.
- Work in close partnership with User Acquisition Managers to ensure creative work supports campaign targets and performance objectives.
- Create and improve production systems that can scale efficiently and follow proven best practices.
- Build testing frameworks that help identify what creative elements perform best and continuously raise campaign effectiveness.
- Track creative performance data, interpret key metrics, and turn findings into practical actions that improve both results and team output.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year leading a Creative Marketing team or a comparable creative leadership role.
- Good understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to design original ad concepts that contribute to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing creative production workflows while balancing several priorities at once.
- Practical experience with creative testing methods and performance improvement techniques.
- Strong leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and support team members.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on product and marketing KPI achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Proactive, cooperative, and outcome-focused approach to teamwork.
- Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is a plus.
