This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization that handles the application review and subsequent hiring steps. The partner company is hiring a Head of Creative Marketing in Italy. In this leadership role, you will define and drive the creative direction for paid acquisition activity supporting fast-scaling digital products in international markets.
You will own the creative strategy behind performance campaigns, guiding ideas from early concept work through final delivery, while also developing and mentoring a strong creative team. The environment is dynamic and highly analytical, with close collaboration alongside user acquisition teams to improve results through structured experimentation and continuous refinement. Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the end-to-end creative marketing plan aimed at improving paid traffic outcomes across several digital products.
- Direct the development of effective ad concepts and oversee the entire production process from brainstorming to finished assets.
- Recruit, coach, manage, and develop the Creative Marketing team while encouraging teamwork, motivation, and skill growth.
- Organize production timelines and cross-functional workflows so creative assets are delivered on schedule and at a high standard.
- Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to ensure creative work supports campaign objectives and performance targets.
- Create and improve scalable production systems, processes, and operating practices.
- Build testing frameworks that help identify stronger creative approaches and improve campaign outcomes over time.
- Track creative results, review performance data, and turn findings into practical recommendations for campaign and team improvement.
Candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing team or a closely related creative leadership role.
- Strong grasp of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing fundamentals.
- Track record of designing original advertising concepts that generate measurable business impact.
- Experience managing creative production workflows while handling multiple priorities efficiently.
- Practical experience with creative testing methods and performance tuning.
- Well-developed leadership, coaching, and team motivation capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with a clear focus on product and marketing KPI achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- English at B2 level or above.
- A collaborative, proactive, and outcome-focused working style.
- Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is an added advantage.
