Job description
Role overview
This is a leadership role for an experienced creative marketer who wants to shape the advertising direction for fast-growing digital products across international markets. You will own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, guide ideas from early concept through final delivery, and help build a strong, motivated team. The work is highly collaborative and data-led, with close coordination alongside user acquisition specialists to improve campaign outcomes through testing and iteration.
The role provides substantial independence, strategic ownership, and room to influence core business results. It is well suited to someone who enjoys combining creative thinking, analytics, and team leadership to drive measurable growth.
Key accountabilities
- Create and roll out the overall creative marketing approach aimed at improving paid traffic results across several digital products.
- Direct the development of strong advertising concepts and oversee the complete production process from initial idea to finished creative assets.
- Lead, support, and develop the Creative Marketing team while encouraging cooperation, engagement, and career growth.
- Organize production timelines and day-to-day workflows so deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
- Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to make sure creative efforts support campaign goals and performance targets.
- Improve creative operations by designing scalable production systems and adopting effective best practices.
- Develop and refine testing approaches that help improve creative performance and overall campaign results.
- Track creative output, review important metrics, and turn findings into actions that improve campaign and team performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring at least 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing team or a comparable creative leadership role. A strong grasp of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing is important, along with the ability to create fresh ad concepts that produce tangible business impact.
You should also have experience managing creative production pipelines, handling several priorities at once, and applying creative testing methods to improve results. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivation skills are required, as well as a strategic focus on product and marketing KPIs.
Clear communication, confident presentation, and good stakeholder management are essential. English should be at B2 level or higher. A cooperative, proactive, and results-focused working style is expected. Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products would be an added advantage.
Benefits
- Flexible remote work or office-based work, plus a flexible schedule.
- 20 days of paid vacation, 15 days of paid sick leave, and 6 additional family leave days.
- Medical coverage funded entirely by the employer.
- Reimbursement for sports and equipment expenses.
- Financial and legal support programs.
- Team-building events, company gatherings, gifts, and branded merchandise.
- Support for employees serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- Opportunities to take part in meaningful social initiatives.
- Modern work equipment, or reimbursement if you use your own devices.
- Professional growth within a highly experienced team.
- Performance reviews and personalized Individual Development Plans.
- Support for professional training, certifications, and English language learning.
- Access to a corporate library, book club, and ongoing knowledge-sharing activities.
