You will also lead the creation of audience, channel, campaign, and content strategies, while helping develop compelling concepts that build engagement and produce measurable results. The role requires someone who is confident in front of clients, comfortable facilitating workshops, and experienced in delivering persuasive pitch presentations.

- Review creative work to maintain quality and consistency.
- Lead and support the growth of a small creative and strategy team.
- Contribute to wider business planning and growth efforts.
- Spot opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
- Back new business development with strategic and creative input.
- Stay mindful of project scope, delivery needs, and commercial factors.
- Help build a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Candidate profile
You should bring 8 to 10+ years of experience in a creative, content, marketing, communications, or integrated agency setting. Strong experience in shaping creative campaigns and content strategies is essential, along with the ability to develop audience, channel, content, or communications strategies.
Experience across digital, social, video, photography, and content-led campaigns is important. You will need excellent presentation skills, strong stakeholder management, and clear written and verbal communication. Prior experience leading and developing creative teams is also required.
A solid understanding of production and post-production workflows is expected, and you should feel comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment. The role also calls for commercial awareness, collaboration, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
This opportunity offers significant influence, autonomy, and scope for a senior creative and strategic leader who wants to help drive the continued growth of an established agency.
