Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity to join a prominent hospitality organisation as the Head of Corporate Services. As part of the executive leadership team, you will help define the organisation’s direction and be accountable for delivering strategic and transformational outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the organisation’s corporate support functions, which include Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Planning, and Legal, along with related responsibilities as needed. In partnership with the leaders of these functions, you will work to meet business objectives, strengthen capability, and improve overall organisational performance.
You will also be responsible for guiding and developing a large team of experienced professionals, encouraging growth, collaboration, and a strong performance-driven culture. The role carries significant visibility and requires close coordination with both internal teams and external partners to support the organisation’s long-term growth.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate services leader with more than 20 years of background in the Hospitality, Lifestyle, Retail, Consumer, or Real Estate sectors. Prior experience leading functions such as Finance and Corporate Planning is preferred, especially where those areas have been used to advance organisational goals and strategic outcomes.
You should be comfortable working with external stakeholders such as professional associations, government bodies, and commercial organisations, using those relationships to help shape strategy and improve business results. Success in this role will suit someone who is commercially minded, adaptable, and genuinely invested in the organisation’s mission.
