Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Controlling department, both functionally and disciplinarily.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, management reporting, and performance metrics including KPIs.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive board, division heads, and international subsidiaries.
- Analyze financial indicators, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously improve controlling processes, KPI systems, and reporting tools, especially within the SAP environment (S4, SAC, Margin Analytics).
- Drive the digital transformation of controlling and administrative functions.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects aimed at enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, develop, and support a Controlling team of five professionals.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on controlling, business administration, or finance.
- Several years of relevant controlling experience, including significant leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in controlling, budgeting, corporate reporting, business management, and strategy execution.
- Proficient in SAP FI/CO systems; fluent in German and English, with French considered an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and advisory capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial attitude, and a structured, solution-focused approach to work.
