An established aircraft leasing platform is seeking a seasoned Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function and guide the company through its next regulatory and governance developments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve the firm's compliance framework ensuring robust governance.
• Serve as the main compliance consultant to senior management and the Board.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with regulatory bodies whilst managing ongoing compliance duties.
• Design and implement the annual compliance monitoring program.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and inform the business accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver compliance updates to the Board and senior governance groups.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Commercial teams to instill a comprehensive compliance culture.
• Offer practical and commercially-minded advice on new initiatives, strategic projects, and regulatory shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive leadership experience in compliance within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record managing or supporting a compliance department.
• In-depth understanding of Irish and European financial services regulations.
• Experience liaising with regulators and delivering presentations to Boards or senior governance forums.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities.
• A pragmatic and commercially aware mindset balancing compliance demands with business goals.
• Experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, asset management, investment management, or banking sectors is highly advantageous.
