Compliance Oversight
- Put the risk management framework into practice and help ensure compliance is embedded in day-to-day activity while delivering the agreed Compliance plan.
- Design and deliver compliance training for the business.
- Support the drafting, upkeep, and review of compliance policies and procedures.
- Lead and coordinate the advisory team supporting all Davy departments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer in interactions with regulators, the Davy Board, and the Bank of Ireland Group.
- Provide practical, clear advice on complex regulatory matters.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the team delivers high-quality guidance and workable compliance pathways.
- Represent Compliance in internal governance forums.
- Develop a strong, collaborative team culture while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

- Demonstrated success in managing regulatory change, supporting transformation initiatives, and delivering practical solutions.
- Strong subject matter knowledge of regulations such as MiFID, MAR, and AML/CFT.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to assess regulatory issues critically.
- Credible communicator who can influence, build trust, and align varied stakeholder groups.
- Collaborative leadership style with strong problem-solving ability and comfort handling multiple priorities in a team environment.
- Strong interest in developing high-performing teams and empowering direct reports.
