Compensation is $120K to $170K and the role includes equity.

- Design feedback loops and retention-focused systems for provider communities.
- Strengthen belonging among providers within the Alpaca ecosystem.
- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships with organizations serving families and providers.
- Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and community advocates.
- Create co-marketing opportunities that expand reach and credibility.
- Monitor partnership performance and improve return on investment across channels.
- Set up scalable operating systems for events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Oversee event budgets, logistics, vendors, and timelines.
- Use AI and automation to make community operations more efficient.
