Role Objective

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Enablement, this leadership role is centered on supporting and executing the regional revenue growth and go-to-market plans, including strategic long-term objectives for Nuvei’s Enterprise division in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of commercial performance including revenue, customer activity, and sales data to identify patterns, troubleshoot concerns, and provide actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Initiate, design, and implement major growth initiatives to boost revenue and expand customer engagement in priority market segments.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align objectives, share insights, and ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.
• Assist in annual and quarterly planning by delivering rigorous analytical support, scenario modeling, and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and manage dashboards and frameworks to monitor progress on key initiatives, optimizing for maximum impact.
• Keep abreast of the FinTech landscape, including competitor pricing strategies, market developments, and changes in card network and alternative payment method costs.
• Collaborate with the global Pricing team to analyze payment economics, create pricing models, and uphold global discounting policies and commercial frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 15 years’ experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or similar roles within the fintech sector, including deep knowledge of scheme interchange fees.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, data analytics, and market research.
• Exceptional strategic thought and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact.
• Proven leadership and communication skills capable of influencing and collaborating across functional teams.
• Experience in multinational or multi-regional corporate environments is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement.
