Position Overview

We seek a dynamic Head of Clinic Operations based in Buraydah, Al-Qassim, to spearhead the launch of Doctori's inaugural clinic in the region and establish operational frameworks for future clinics nationwide. This role requires hands-on leadership in setting up clinical and administrative practices that align with Saudi healthcare regulations and leverage advanced digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full setup and successful opening of the first clinic in Al-Qassim.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise clinical and administrative personnel.
• Ensure all operations comply with Ministry of Health (MOH), CBAHI, SCFHS, and other relevant standards.
• Develop and enforce operational procedures, standard operating protocols, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, and readiness of medical equipment and necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement Doctori’s electronic medical records (EMR), digital workflows, patient mobile applications, and telemedicine services.
• Drive adoption and integration of Doctori’s digital health solutions in conjunction with physical clinic services.
• Manage vendor relationships, budget allocations, and daily clinic performance metrics.
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and scalability across clinics.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in launching or managing outpatient clinics or medical centers within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of local healthcare regulations including MOH, CBAHI accreditation, SCFHS licensing, and other compliance necessities.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare technologies like EMRs, hospital information systems (HIS), digital patient engagement platforms, or telemedicine solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, clinical, and technical teams to ensure smooth project implementations.
• Adaptability and decisiveness suitable for a high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
