About Lensing
Lensing integrates AI-powered analytics with expert human insights to revolutionize talent identification and evaluation. The company emphasizes upfront clarity by comprehensively understanding the role, environment, and expectations before initiating outreach or evaluation. Utilizing context-sensitive AI and OSINT techniques, Lensing anticipates market trends and discovers hidden talent segments often missed by conventional HR methods. Their proprietary Lensing Score assesses both technical and interpersonal skills using validated data, enabling genuine fit assessment rather than relying solely on experience. Collaborating closely with clients, Lensing aims to foster lasting performance and trust via precise, data-driven hiring decisions.
Role Overview
The Head of Client & Candidate Success, based full-time onsite in Munich, is charged with managing exemplary experiences and outcomes for clients and candidates throughout search and evaluation processes. This leadership role heads the client success function, facilitating organizations through Lensing's segmentation, analysis, and review workflows, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Daily duties include overseeing client and candidate journeys, maintaining critical relationships, supporting ongoing search initiatives, monitoring satisfaction and retention metrics, and partnering with product, operations, and data teams to enhance processes.
This position involves building and guiding a team dedicated to client and candidate success, developing standardized operational guidelines, and employing analytical insights to improve communication, reporting, and decision-making. Additionally, the role represents Lensing in strategic discussions, aiding clients in understanding Lensing Scores, market intelligence, and suitability evaluations to promote confident recruitment choices.
