Overview
Our client, a prominent fit-out contracting company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a seasoned Business Administration Manager to direct the organization’s daily administrative, human resources, and operational activities. This pivotal role guarantees streamlined business operations, aids senior management in strategic initiatives, and spearheads the development of systems and processes that support continual organizational growth.
Key Duties
- Manage day-to-day office and business administrative affairs.
- Formulate and enhance operational policies and procedures.
- Track company KPIs and overall operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate coordination among various departments to ensure seamless functioning.
- Support executive leadership in strategic planning and organizational advancement.
- Oversee recruitment processes including onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Manage employee relations and performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor legislation.
- Supervise office operations, facilities, and asset management.
- Handle licenses, company documentation, travel arrangements, visas, and government affairs.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and services.
- Design and deploy efficient workflow processes and promote digital transformation.
- Lead implementation and ongoing enhancement of ERP and HRMS systems.
- Standardize documentation and reporting procedures across the company.
- Prepare management reports and presentations.
- Organize and follow up on management meetings and associated tasks.
- Assist with budgeting and operational planning activities.
- Provide administrative support to tender and project teams.
- Serve as a liaison among HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Project Management teams.
- Ensure effective cross-departmental communication and monitor company-wide project completions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum seven years of experience in administration, HR, or business operations.
- Prior experience in construction, fit-out, engineering, or contracting sectors is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with Saudi labor laws.
- Proven expertise in implementing business processes and operational systems.
- Excellent organizational capabilities coupled with problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP and HRMS software is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a beneficial addition.
Preferred Experience
- Background in construction or fit-out industries.
- Experience with company formation or business growth initiatives.
- Knowledge of organizational restructuring and policy formulation.
- Expertise in process automation and KPI reporting.
