Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is with a rapidly expanding D2C subscription business in Central London that is moving from a performance-led approach toward a stronger brand-led strategy. The company has scaled from £0m to £50m in revenue over four years and is seeking an experienced brand leader to help shape the next phase of growth.
The position is based in Central London with three in-office days each week. It offers a salary of £90k to £100k, plus bonus and equity.
The team is looking for someone who can bring both strategic brand thinking and hands-on leadership to a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This is positioned as a senior role for someone excited by the chance to influence a major consumer brand at a critical stage of its evolution.
What the role involves
You will own or help define the brand strategy, guide integrated marketing activity, and work closely with different teams to build alignment across the business. The role also includes briefing and coordinating marketing functions, strengthening brand consistency, and contributing to the company’s shift toward brand-led growth.
In addition, the role includes people leadership responsibility, with management of 4 direct reports and a wider team of 7.
Candidate profile
The business is looking for someone with substantial brand marketing experience in fast-growth D2C or FMCG challenger or scale-up environments. Experience across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels is essential, along with a proven ability to shape brand direction, lead campaigns, and manage senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong track record of leading teams and bringing cross-functional marketing groups together effectively.
Compensation and benefits
The package includes a base salary of £90k to £100k depending on experience, EMI equity, and a bonus of up to 10% of salary. Additional benefits include 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, private medical and dental cover, flexible working hours, a dog-friendly office, and the ability to work from anywhere in the world for 4 weeks each year.
Recruitment process
The hiring process is expected to move through three stages: an initial CV review, a Teams call with the hiring manager, and a final in-person interview at the office.
Additional information
The employer highlights a commitment to diversity and an inclusive hiring process. Applicants who do not receive an update within 14 days should assume the process may no longer be moving forward, potentially due to the role nearing closure.
