Job description

About the Role

Ignite is partnering with a rapidly expanding wellness brand to appoint a Supply Chain Executive. The business has already seen strong early momentum and community growth, and is now moving into a new scale-up stage with plans to widen its product range and extend its international footprint.

This role is based in North London with a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The salary is £35,000 to £41,000, plus shares. You will work closely with the founders and take ownership of core day-to-day supply chain and operational activity within a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys startup settings, wants broad exposure across inventory, launches and operations, and is comfortable being hands-on from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle regular communication with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate inventory movement, deliveries and stock forecasting to support growth.
  • Assist with supplier and manufacturer sourcing and help maintain effective operational relationships.
  • Support new product launches from initial sourcing through to production.
  • Monitor product costs and operating spend, while spotting opportunities to improve margins.
  • Contribute to building scalable workflows, processes and AI-supported operational improvements.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure operations are ready for launches and promotions.
  • Liaise with customer service and other internal teams to share operational updates.
  • Support the founders with broader business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, ecommerce or supply chain.
  • Very strong organisation skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Commercially aware, with confidence using data to support decisions.
  • Self-starting, practical and keen to keep learning.
  • Comfortable working in a high-change startup or challenger brand environment.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools and automation, with an efficiency-first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate across teams while taking ownership.
  • Interest in building consumer brands and helping scale operational capability.

Additional Information

The company values inclusion and aims to create a recruitment process where candidates can show up authentically and feel respected regardless of background.

Due to the number of applications received, the team may not be able to respond to everyone individually. If you do not hear back within 14 days, the application should be considered unsuccessful for this opportunity. The role may also close earlier if the hiring process is completed before then.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
