Role Overview

We seek a Head of AI Content to spearhead the creation and implementation of AI-driven content strategies that bolster our marketing and creative efforts. This position focuses on using Generative AI tools to craft superior marketing materials, streamline creative processes, and innovate digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation of AI-created copy, imagery, and concepts ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate intimately with teams across Creative, Design, Social Media, Branding, and Marketing departments to produce impactful campaigns.
• Develop and enforce best practice standards for AI content creation within the organization.
• Track and analyze the success of AI-powered content initiatives to inform ongoing strategy.
• Guide and manage a high-achieving team focused on AI Content development.

Candidate Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in content development, creative roles, or digital marketing.
• Practical expertise working directly with Generative AI technologies and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
