About the Role
Nemi Platform is tackling India’s skilling gap through AI-enabled, job-linked learning programs in Finance, Life Sciences, and Data Engineering. The organization has already trained more than 1 lakh professionals and is supported by industry partners with a Bharat-first approach. The next growth phase is centered on CSR collaborations with leading corporates across India, and this role will drive that effort.
Key Accountabilities
- Secure at least ₹5 crore every year from corporate CSR budgets for skilling and livelihood initiatives through direct corporate relationships, without using intermediaries.
- Use your existing network to arrange meetings with CSR Heads, CHROs, and Foundation Heads in Pharma, IT, and BFSI organizations within the first 60 days.
- Build CSR-compliant proposals aligned with Schedule VII, lead deal discussions, manage MOUs and fund disbursement, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Partner with the training team to track impact, prepare utilization certificates, and deliver CSR reports within required timelines.
Profile Expectations
- You bring 8 or more years of experience in CSR or foundations, including at least 3 years in a CSR Head or senior leadership role.
- You have a demonstrated fundraising history and have personally mobilized at least ₹5 crore in cumulative CSR support for skilling, education, or livelihood work.
- You maintain active corporate relationships and can immediately connect with multiple CSR decision-makers; networks in Pharma, Healthcare, or BFSI are especially valuable.
- You are comfortable handling CSR-1, 12A, 80G, Schedule VII requirements, and impact/reporting documentation, including having prepared CSR impact reports earlier.
- You care about outcomes that translate education into employment and prefer meaningful CSR over checkbox-driven funding.
Important Conditions
- The role requires direct access to corporates; applications routed through agents or middlemen will not fit this requirement.
- The organization is specifically seeking someone who already has established relationships, rather than someone who needs to build a network from the ground up.
- Travel should be expected whenever corporate meetings or stakeholder interactions require it.
