About the Role and Product

This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, under a PJ contract. The compensation includes a variable incentive ranging from 30% to 50% of the base salary, tied to client retention and portfolio growth.

The company operates a programmatic performance media platform designed for e-commerce, leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize real-time bidding, particularly focused on digital retail and retail media.

Position Mission

The role requires establishing and leading the Brazilian operations from scratch. This includes selecting the physical location, building and managing the team, overseeing budgets, and driving commercial growth. The professional will directly interact with clients, providing updates on process progress and ensuring expansion of the client base established by the global operation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a commercial head or manager, capable of leading an operational branch.
  • Background in adtech, martech, programmatic media, digital advertising, or B2B SaaS performance sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios, with strong relationships with major retailers, e-commerce companies, and agencies.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams; experience in startups or scale-ups is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, eager to build operations from the ground up, attracted by a compensation package with a significant variable component and equity options.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the physical infrastructure of the business in Brazil.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team across commercial, media/trading, and customer success functions.
  • Manage the budget and profit & loss, prioritizing profitability.
  • Assume responsibility for contracts passed from the headquarters, handle client service, and foster portfolio growth.
  • Complement client acquisition through strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as the company's representative within the Brazilian market and report key performance indicators to global management.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing status updates and tracking project developments.
