This position supports sales and channel partner reporting needs by handling MIS, data analysis, process coordination, and automation-related tasks. Key responsibilities

• Build a strong working understanding of relevant systems and platforms such as Ingenium, Receipt Writer, AMS, Talisma, SQL, CMS, and web-based tools to support MIS delivery.
• Prepare and maintain routine MIS reports required by sales teams and channel partners.
• Carry out basic analytical work to add business value through data insights for sales and channel stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of data in line with company standards and policies.
• Keep sales person codes updated on a daily basis and obtain monthly confirmation from sales teams for those records.
• Address MIS requests from sales teams and channel partners within agreed timelines.
• Track repeat ad-hoc reporting needs and respond to them proactively.
• Develop macros, SQL queries, and other automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Update and maintain the repository of frequently used SQL queries on a regular basis.
• Implement control checks that support process adherence and compliance.
• Document automation requirements clearly so that business needs are captured accurately.
• Coordinate with IT and Sales Automation teams to ensure system enhancements are delivered on time.
• Perform system testing and user acceptance testing to confirm that the final solution meets the original requirements.
• Share suggestions for improving systems and automation workflows.
