We provide modern infrastructural services exclusively for the STADT UND LAND Group, currently managing over 50,000 rental units in the caretaker service division.
Job Location
This position is available in Berlin-Neukölln, Berlin-Marzahn/Hellersdorf, or Berlin Treptow-Köpenick.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional cleaning of buildings and surrounding outdoor areas.
- Ensure traffic safety within risk zones by conducting regular inspections.
- Check the functionality of technical building equipment.
- Assist with waste disposal processes.
- Monitor and verify services provided by external contractors.
- Carry out administrative duties, including enforcing house rules on behalf of the client.
You will ensure effective and customer-focused management of assigned property portfolios, acting as a contact and service provider for tenants, landlords, and third parties. You serve as an essential liaison between tenants and the client.
Candidate Profile
- Desirable vocational training or professional experience in building cleaning; motivated career changers are welcome.
- Strong communication skills with good proficiency in German (B2 level).
- Courteous and dependable demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Physically resilient and able to handle demanding tasks.
