Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and care for clients' buildings ensuring excellent condition.
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact person for clients.
  • Receive and document reported defects and repair orders.
  • Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas to provide a pleasant environment.
  • Carry out minor repairs and other handyman tasks.
  • Manage seasonal maintenance duties related to building upkeep.
  • Independently assess necessary repairs, maintenance, and servicing needs.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in building and facility maintenance is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Possess practical skills to conduct smaller repairs independently.
  • High reliability, working autonomously and responsibly.
  • Friendly and service-oriented attitude with respectful interaction toward colleagues and clients.

  • Basic proficiency in German language.
  • Holding a valid Class B driver's license.
