In this position, you play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Boutique Padel Club in Berlin, ensuring that our players can fully engage in their game and social experiences. Your efforts behind the scenes keep the club technically sound, visually appealing, and fully functional at all times.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs throughout the club facility.
• Inspect and maintain technical installations regularly.
• Replace lighting, batteries, and worn components as needed.
• Check doors, locks, nets, boards, and glass surfaces to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in technical and related areas.
• Assist with small-scale structural changes or adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels in storage and manage materials efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Practical skills and a good technical understanding.
• Reliable and capable of working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to tidiness.
• Flexible availability for scheduling work hours.
• Prior experience as a caretaker, in trades, or building technology is a plus.
