What You’ll Do

• Prepare, explain, and close project estimates with customers.
• Handle a wide mix of repair and maintenance work in homes and commercial properties, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, painting, and drywall repair.
• Identify problems and choose practical solutions that fit customer needs.
• Complete work efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard of quality.
• Keep customers informed, clarify what they need, and provide progress updates during the job.
• Maintain a tidy, safe worksite and follow all safety procedures.
• Support inventory tracking and obtain materials when necessary.
• Work with coworkers and management to meet business goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• Previous handyman experience or similar trade-based repair experience, with hands-on familiarity across multiple repair types.
• Ability to create and present job estimates professionally.
• Strong communication and people skills with a customer-first approach.
• Good troubleshooting ability and close attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and manage time well to meet deadlines.
• Own professional-grade tools suitable for a broad range of jobs.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive the company vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on your own.
• Comfortable working at heights and performing overhead work for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and care for the company-issued vehicle.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation is $24 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
