Job Summary

This role is for a dependable handyman maintenance professional who can handle repair and upkeep work across homes, facilities, and equipment. The position is centered on completing jobs accurately, keeping work moving efficiently, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Duties

• Carry out routine property maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and plumbing fixes.
• Examine equipment and identify the source of problems through troubleshooting.
• Repair broken components or install replacement fixtures when needed.
• Perform regular checks to spot maintenance needs early and resolve them.
• Finish assigned work efficiently while maintaining a timely pace.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a handyman or in a comparable maintenance position is preferred, with 10 years mentioned as the preferred level.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with basic electrical systems and fault-finding, including use of an ohmmeter, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability are important.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position. The pay range is $1,100 to $1,500 per week. The schedule is an 8-hour shift. Work is performed on the road, and the location listed is Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73106, US.
