Role Overview

This position is classified as Grade 3 with a pro-rated salary of 25,949 annually, equating to an hourly wage of 13.45. Additional pay rates apply for unsociable hours including weekends and bank holidays, with respective premium rates and compensation days for bank holidays.

• Working hours: 33.5 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Shift timings: 8:00 AM to 3:15 PM Monday to Thursday; 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Friday

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance duties, such as painting, decorating, emergency repairs, and health and safety inspections within the residential home.
• Maintain the property's grounds and gardens with regular gardening tasks.
• Provide porter services including movement of people and equipment, handling delivery and collection assignments, and managing stock orders and storage.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• The role requires the candidate to hold the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• A satisfactory enhanced and barred adult DBS check is required.
