Role Overview
As a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping, you will be central to the hotel’s operations by managing guest rooms to deliver a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your role is vital in creating memorable experiences for guests through dedicated service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms adhering to the hotel's standards.
- Provide personalized touches to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Respect guests' privacy and safeguard their belongings while delivering excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all areas within responsibility following established procedures.
- Ensure guest supplies are replenished promptly, and respond quickly to guest requests.
- Report any damage or malfunctions in rooms or hotel areas to supervisors immediately.
- Keep equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate records including section room reports and daily productivity logs.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
- At least one year of relevant housekeeping experience.
- Demonstrate a warm, caring personality with prior experience in housekeeping as a plus.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Efficiently manage time and tasks to maintain quality standards.
