Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-oriented Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a full-time basis, delivering excellent service across our restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events settings. This role involves ensuring guests have a memorable experience every day through exceptional service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional service to guests in restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event areas.
Take orders for food and beverages, prepare, and serve drinks ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain and clean service stations to high standards.
Assist with stock replenishment, table service, and present the outlet attractively.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback positively and professionally.
Adhere to all food safety, responsible service of alcohol (RSA), hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with hotel team members to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in food and beverage, restaurant, bar, café, or hospitality is preferred.
Strong passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences.
Excellent communication skills, positive demeanor, and teamwork orientation.
Proactive and hands-on approach with ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Possession of a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Full legal right to work in Australia.
