Role overview

This position is for a Front Desk Agent in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on creating a welcoming first impression, handling guest interactions smoothly, sharing helpful local knowledge, and staying ahead of guest needs so each stay begins and continues on a positive note.

What you will do

  • Greet guests warmly and help set the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Recognize IHG Rewards Club members and returning visitors, whether they arrive in person or contact the hotel by phone.
  • Process guest bookings and handle payments accurately.
  • Support a fast, efficient, and hassle-free check-in and check-out experience.
  • Stay attentive to guest preferences and requests, offering recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for guests, including assistance with billing concerns and suggestions for nearby restaurants.

Skills and profile expected

  • Strong communication skills and an approachable manner for handling questions, concerns, and compliments.
  • Good problem-solving ability to turn guest issues into positive experiences.
  • Ability to speak the local language fluently; additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Comfort with reading, writing, basic mathematics, and using computers.
