Job Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome arriving guests and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all front office operational standards and procedures.
  • Handle reservations and allocate rooms effectively according to guest requirements.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries both face-to-face and through telephone or email communication.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain updated guest profiles and process payments accurately using the property management system.
  • Support concierge activities, including organizing transportation and booking guest activities.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Promote resort amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and building strong guest relationships with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with front office and reservation software, computer proficiency, and competence in managing payments and billing procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team player with reliability in working shifts, including flexibility for weekends, public holidays, and busy periods.
  • Prior experience in front office or hospitality roles within resorts or hotels is advantageous.
  • Formal education in hospitality, tourism, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to the resort’s grooming and conduct standards.
