Guest Service Agent - Airlie Beach

About the Role

Our hotel group based in Airlie Beach is in search of an enthusiastic, well-presented, and energetic individual to join our team as a full-time Guest Service Agent, serving multiple properties. The position requires working on a flexible schedule including regular weekends. Preference will be given to local residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform general front office tasks such as checking guests in and out efficiently.
• Accurately manage guest accounts ensuring all details are current and correct.
• Consistently provide top-tier customer service to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with all hotel departments and properties.
• Handle large volumes of reservations promptly and with professionalism.
• Manage email correspondence in a timely manner.

• Possess a positive, proactive “Can Do” attitude along with a strong work ethic and the ability to contribute effectively within a team.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Show a dedicated commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
• Be adaptable and able to manage a variety of work situations with flexibility.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while taking initiative.
• Proficient computer skills, especially within the Microsoft Office Suite.
